United ECM works closely with our clients on their projects to provide world-class inspection services including track, civil, electrical, structural and rail system inspections. Our inspectors pay close attention though study and familiarization of project plans, drawings and specifications. United ECM understands that this level of knowledge is a crucial component in order to construct and administer the project properly and successfully.

Our inspectors work hard to achieve a collaborate approach to project success though continuous stakeholder engagement and co-ordination, issuing notices of non-conformance reports as applicable while maintaining strict adherence to all local policies. We conduct a daily review of the construction operations and the construction site, monitoring any and all changes to field conditions while adhering to all applicable contract specifications and agency standards.

United ECM field personnel prepare detailed and concise inspector daily reports (IDR) noting every detail including weather, shift duration, personnel on the project, tools and equipment used, tracking of force account works, project communications, field instructions pertaining to the scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety related issues on each project and activity. Our wider ECM team provides ongoing monitoring and review of any issues and help to ensure progress toward resolution or corrective action(s).
